At CSI Pharmacy (CSI), we are on a mission to provide Specialty Pharmacy services to patients with chronic and rare illnesses in need of complex care.
Committed to improving the health and livelihood of our patients, our Shipping Technician is responsible for delivery and pick-up of patient orders for medications, supplies, and equipment in a safe, effective, and timely manner. In addition, responsible for designated activities related to cleaning and maintenance of infusion control devices, processing enteral supply orders, and managing and disposing of hazardous waste.

Location: West Chester, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:00pm (100% On-Site)
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00/hr (DOE)

What you'll do in this role:
Provide the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication in order to build and maintain the maximum customer base possible.
Must possess the ability to multi-task and frequently change direction.
Assists in cleaning, inspecting, and performing functional tests of infusion control devices and related equipment.
Assists in picking, assembling, and packaging internal orders as needed.
Participates in on-call schedule.
Assists in maintaining warehouse and inventory areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
Provides high quality services to the home-care patient and the home-care referral source.
Adheres to the Company’s compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual and all other related policies.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
We are looking for a compassionate Shipping Technician with:
High School diploma required
Knowledge of medical supplies/home healthcare preferred
Possess basic organizational skills.
