Committed to improving the health and livelihood of our patients, our Clinical Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for working closely with the VP of Nursing and Director of Nursing to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and efficient care coordination and scheduling of patient therapies.
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm CST
Note: It is required for this opportunity to work the above schedule specifically in CST.

What you’ll do in this role:
Ensure delivery of quality care to clients receiving Infusion Therapy.
Coordinate infusion services with appropriate pharmacy departments. i.e., intake, patient care coordinators, insurance, etc.
Be the main point of contact for communication between pharmacy and nursing staff regarding patient care.
Assign infusion nurse to patients appropriately.
Review and approve Supply Sheets each week.
Pursues and request more-specific documentation as needed.
Collaborates with Senior Management to ensure all nursing notes are turned in for timely billing purposes.
Assist the Pharmacy shipment and delivery team in scheduled deliveries and shipments
Monitors Patient’s infusion schedule for timely fill processing.
Reviews and revises calendar and schedules for Patient’s therapy as necessary.
Provide consultation, education, and supervision of infusion care and services for staff.
Provide/orient or assist staff in the assessment of patients receiving infusion services.
Be accessible for staff consultation and problem-solving.
Maintain professional commitment, credibility, and clinical expertise in concepts of infusion nursing.
Provide backup infusion coverage for nursing staff.
Informs the VP of Nursing Director of Nursing of nursing activities, needs, problems, and unusual events
Comply with all Company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of company objectives
Complete and submit all required reports in a timely manner.
Maintain current files and other records in accordance with Company instructions and requirements.
Attends and participates in conventions, trade shows and in-services relating to IV therapy.
Consistently represents the company in a professional manner.
Maintain effective working relationship and cooperate with all personnel in the Company.
Adheres to the Company’s compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual and all other related policies.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
We are looking for a compassionate Clinical Nurse Supervisor with:
Active Registered Nurse licensure required
Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience required
Minimum of 6 months in a management role required
Infusion experience highly preferred
